The market is responding to our innovative approach to networking, evidenced by the continued expansion of our geographic footprint and new customer logos. In order to keep up with market demand, we need to significantly expand our team of rockstars, both across the US and around the globe.  

Entering into a high volume hiring period for positions across many of our departments, it is important to the company as we grow headcount significantly over the next year that we not only hire the best and brightest, but that we are hiring individuals who will complement our culture of Awesome. 

We believe as important as it is for the company to want the individual, it is equally important that the individual wants the company. Another way we plan to arm prospective employees is via a new Q&A blog series which we will publish weekly during our high volume hiring period. The series will shine a spotlight on open positions, departments in the company, team leads, as well as executives to further help prospective employees learn about the company.
